This is one of my favorite Meditation that paved my Foundation as a Trained Psychic and Channel with Modern Mystery School.  

You will be handed down a very safe technique to locate your Sacred Space within to connect with your Higher Self for Spiritual Communication.  This allow you to open up your Psychic Senses and Feel your Heart to connect with your Intuition.  Your Mind will be quite enough to listen to that subtle voice of your Truth.
