SANCTUARY MEDITATION - Meeting your Higher Self in your Sacred Space -

This is one of my favorite Meditation that paved my Foundation as a Trained Psychic and Channel with Modern Mystery School.  

You will be handed down a very safe technique to locate your Sacred Space within to connect with your Higher Self for Spiritual Communication.  This allow you to open up your Psychic Senses and Feel your Heart to connect with your Intuition.  Your Mind will be quite enough to listen to that subtle voice of your Truth.  

It is Open to Public, and will be a great way to practice at home for yourself.  You are welcome to come back to the class and brush up your connection!  

This is for Yourself Only Space - Do not Allow anyone else (even your guides or angels) to come in without your permission.  This is also a practice for you to say No to lay your boundary.  It helped me so much as a natural born Psychic and Empath (and Oracle) to re-define Who I Am.
